Subject: TAB: Rawhide : Crosspost?
Hello Nevada archivers : This could be posted to blues_brothers, misc_teand guy_van_duser (a great guitarist who deserves a directory!)
Here goes :
This is an adaptation of the Rawhide melody, copped from Guy
van Duser`s Great Western TV Medley, although he does it with a
capo at the second fret. Let me take this opportunity to plug
Guy -- if you get a chance to hear his CD American Fingerstyle
Guitar, do so. The hat symbol in this is a hammer-on or pull-
off. Now, think of the Blues Brothers in the country bar. 8-)

Rough lyrics for the first two verses, as I remember them:
Rollin`, rollin`, rollin`
Keep those wagons rollin`
Keep those wagons rollin`, rawhide
All the things I`m missin`
Good vittles, love and kissin`
Wishin` my girl was by my side
Rollin`, rollin`, rollin`
Though those streams are swollen
Gotta keep `em rollin`, rawhide
Don`t try and understand `em
Just rope and throw and brand `em
Soon we`ll be livin` high and wide
