This song is so simple that it`s silly. Nirvana does play most of
their songs tuned down so that the actual layout of the riff is:

But, if you`re lazy (like me) and don`t want to bother tuning
it down, just play everything one fret lower. You can`t tell
the difference and it`s much easier than retuning.
